Liz joined Medtronic in November 2019 as Vice President, Diabetes Group APAC. In May 2020 Liz was named Vice President & Managing Director for Medtronic Australasia in addition to her role as Vice President, Diabetes Group APAC.  

Medtronic offers technologies and solutions to treat a wide range of medical conditions, including cardiac and vascular diseases, respiratory, neurological and spinal conditions, diabetes, and more. The Medtronic Mission is to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life for millions of people around the world.

Liz is an experienced and strategic commercial leader with more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience in the healthcare industry. Most recently, she was Vice President of Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) for Becton Dickinson in Central South Asia and Japan where she headed the development and implementation of sales, marketing, and support strategies.

Previous to this role, Liz was Vice President and General Manager of CareFusion and prior to that, spent 16 years at Baxter Healthcare in various commercial leadership roles in ANZ and APAC. Liz is committed to commercial excellence and is passionate about developing people and designing inclusion programs to build talent and drive organizational success. 

Liz holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UNSW Sydney as well as an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management in Australia, and Graduate Diploma AICD. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Psychology at the University of Central Queensland.
