I am the Head of the MedTech Consulting Practice at IQVIA SEA & APAC Regional HQ based in Singapore. I lead our work with both private and public institutions to improve performance, transform organizations and unlock growth. With over 20 years experience in healthcare and MedTech, I work with executives and leaders to answer pressing questions and build successful and sustainable solutions. 

I am passionate about the power of data to transform clinical care, business, and community wellness. I have worked in more than 25 countries globally advising MedTech companies and healthcare providers to improve operations, business performance, and patient centricity. Prior to IQVIA, I worked as a P&L leader in a global MedTech and as a Director for the healthcare consulting arm of a global conglomerate.

My current areas of interest include organisational development, business resilience, and disability rights and inclusion in the workplace.
