Matt is an Associate Director in the KPMG Singapore cybersecurity team. Prior to joining KPMG, Matt worked for the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA), Critical Information Infrastructure Division, to protect Singapore’s critical information infrastructure, particularly in sectors with operational technology (OT).

In KPMG, Matt specialises in cybersecurity threat modelling, risk assessments, audits, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing of OT devices and systems, table top exercises, incident response, and training. He is currently working on getting KPMG approved as a testing laboratory for CSA’s Internet of Things Cybersecurity Labelling Scheme (IoT CLS) and working with MedTech clients on piloting CSA’s Medical Device Cybersecurity Labelling Scheme (MD- CLS).

Among his various qualifications, Matt has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity. He also holds a GIAC Response and Industrial Defence (GRID) certification and is a Microsoft Technology Associate (Networking and Security).
