Zee is a Senior Advisor with McKinsey, where he helps clients address issues relating to Healthcare Transformation, such as national health policy reform, hospital operations re-design, and health insurance product strategy.   Before joining McKinsey, Zee served 9 years as the CEO of Singapore’s Health Promotion Board, where he established him as a thought- and practice-leader in Preventive Health and Population Digital Health, with globally benchmarked digital initiatives such as Singapore’s National Steps Challenge and the Healthy365 app.  He also launched LumiHealth, a strategic collaboration with Apple Inc delivering personalized health interventions to more than 200,000 Singaporeans.  During the COVID-19 crisis of 2020-2022, he set up and led Singapore’s national COVID19 testing operations, which at its peak handled more than 100,000 tests a day.
